Our structured support model follows the moments where uncertainty, miscommunication, and preventable friction usually show up.
What changes when drivers are supported
Drivers have a trusted place to name uncertainty, misalignment, and preventable problems before they become a resignation.
Recurring driver experiences become useful insight for onboarding, communication, safety, and operational improvement.
Clear expectations and timely support help drivers make stronger decisions and give good relationships a better chance to last.
“Drivers don’t like changing companies any more than companies like losing drivers. They want a home.”
What we believe
People matter. Time matters. How people are treated matters. Our work is designed to help drivers feel seen, valued, heard, respected, connected, supported, and hopeful—before burnout, departure, or crisis.
The driver’s voice in the boardroom
Jennifer is a professional commercial driver, former owner-operator, and transportation advocate with more than three million career commercial miles. She built Your Co-Driver to give new drivers the guidance she did not have—and to help industry leaders see the corners in their systems that cut drivers.
Leadership is not leaving the driver’s seat behind. Leadership is bringing the driver’s seat into the boardroom.
